Navanna announced to take these documents to give forms for Lakshmi Bhandar at Duar Sarkar camp. Check them out-

1) First the specific form should be collected from the government camp at Duar. Each form will have a specific number.

2) Applicant age should be between 25 to 60 years. Correct age information must be submitted.

3) Passport size color photograph and photocopy of health card should be given.
